Changes are Coming to your Property Tax and Water & Sewer Billing

Please be advised that starting in the New Year (2022), the Water & Sewer charges will be removed from the Property Tax Billing. You will receive a separate invoice for the utilities which will be billed quarterly (four times per year).

Please Note:  Payments through online banking will be for property taxes only for the beginning of 2022.  We will notify you once the option becomes available for the utility billing.

IMPORTANT – For those on the current monthly pre-authorized payment plan (PAP), please be advised that you will receive a separate notice which will identify the changes to your plan.
