Message from – Mayor Michel Arseneault

Hello everyone,

On behalf of Council and the administrative staff of the Town of Smooth Rock Falls, we would like to thank all our essential workers and services in Smooth Rock Falls. Please know you are all appreciated.

We would also like to thank the entire community for continuing to do your part by cooperating with our businesses and services as they are required to follow the Ministry of Health & Porcupine Health Unit (PHU) guidelines.

As cases are starting to re-surface in the region, we are reminding residents to continue to stay home and only go out for essential reasons. We have to continue working together and follow the guiding principals of the Ministry of Health and the Porcupine Health Unit.

Guidelines and recommendations change very frequently and the best way to stay current with the guidelines and information surrounding the Covid-19 cases in the region is by visiting the Porcupine Health Unit’s website at: https://www.porcupinehu.on.ca/en/your-health/infectious-diseases/novel-coronavirus/.

Please know that through these hard times, we will get through this together.
