AGING AT HOME
Offers support for older adults and adults with disabilities to help them remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Residents can also get referrals to other community services through this program. Most services are covered by OHIP.

Golden Age Club
The Golden Age Club offers a variety of social and recreational programs for Smooth Rock Fall’s ‘golden’ population. Every November, follow your nose to the Club to purchase traditional meat pies made by the members. The Club also has several looms available for members to use and the bowling alley is just next door. The club is located in the Community Centre at 219 5th Street.

Red Cross 'Meals on Wheels'
The Meals on Wheels program delivers affordable, nutritious and delicious meals to members of the community who are unable to prepare their own food. Meals on Wheels helps people continue living independently while maintaining a healthy diet.
This service is offered Monday to Friday including holidays; delivery days will vary in each community.
Frozen meals are available in a variety of homestyle cooked foods including entrees, soups and desserts. Meals are delivered on a weekly basis.
