NOTICE: SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING – SEPTEMBER 3RD 2020

Please be advised that there will be a Special Council Meeting September 3rd, 2020 at 6 pm.

If you wish to participate please email townhall@townsrf.ca. You will receive instructions by return email prior to the meeting.

Meeting dates and agendas can be found on the Town of Smooth Rock Falls Civic Web portal; once they are published, the agendas for all council meetings can be seen at https://townofsmoothrockfalls.civicweb.net/Portal/ 

This electronic meeting is in line with Bill 187, Municipal Emergencies Act, 2020. The act has received royal assent and came into force on March 19, 2020. It amends the Municipal Act, 2001 and the City of Toronto Act, 2006 to permit members of Council to participate in Council meetings electronically and, should they choose to do so, be counted for the purposes of quorum.
