Residents soon to receive mailing from Service Line Warranties of Canada

In the next few weeks, Smooth Rock Falls homeowners will receive a mailing from Service Line Warranties of Canada about homeowners’ responsibility to maintain the service lines connecting their home to Smooth Rock Falls utilities.

This mailing includes information about an optional exterior water or sewer service line repair plan that will help shield residents from the financial shock of an unexpected repair.

These mailings will have the Town’s logo to indicate there is a partnership in place, the mailing is legitimate and the Town of Smooth Rock Falls leaders have vetted the program.
