RFT 2021-322: Partial Roof Replacement at Community Centre

Summary:  Section Includes required modified bituminous roofing system of all roof sections identified with the drawings with the following scope of work.

Important Note: All required sub-trades required to facilitate the prescribed work will be the responsibility of the contractor.
 

MANDATORY SITE MEETING:
All contractors interested in bidding this tender opportunity, MUST be present at the mandatory site meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday April 14th at 11:00 AM (local time). All contractors are asked to promptly meet in the parking lot of the Community Centre, located at: 193 Gordon Avenue, Smooth Rock Falls, ON.
