The passing of former Mayor Roger Duguay

The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is expressing sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of former Mayor Roger Duguay, who has passed away on October 12 at the age of 85 years old.

Mr. Roger Duguay was elected as Mayor in 1981 and served in this leadership for 10 years.

Flags will fly at half-mast from Wednesday to Friday to honour former Mayor Roger Duguay.
