Administration – The administrative staff oversees all matters concerning the administration of the Town of Smooth Rock Falls. All staff members are fluent in both official languages.

Financial Services – The Financial Services Department is responsible for handling the financial affairs of the municipality and ensuring the overall financial well being of the Town of Smooth Rock Falls.

Protective Services – includes Building Inspection, Bylaw Enforcement & Property Standards, Emergency Management, and the Volunteer Fire Department.

Public Works – provides required maintenance to all municipal roads, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, water mains, parking lots, ditches, bridges, etc. They are also responsible for the collection of garbage, as well as maintenance of landfill site.
