RE: Update on Splash Pad and Pool Opening

On June 12th, 2020 the Government of Ontario announced that the province would be entering into Phase 2; allowing Splash Pads and Pools to re-open. The Town of Smooth Rock Falls is pleased to advise residents that we are currently working on the re-opening plans for the SRF Splash Pad and SRF Public Pool following the guidelines provided from the Lifesavings Society, Porcupine Health Unit and the Ministry of Health.

SRF Splash Pad:

The splash pad will be open sometime the week of July 20th – more information will be shared with the public next week in regards to the opening day, hours of operation and Covid-19 guidelines.

SRF Public Pool:

The public pool will be open once the Town receives Porcupine Health Unit approval – more information will be shared with the public soon in regards to the opening day, hours of operation and Covid-19 guidelines.
